Licensed Massage Therapist

Licensed Massage Therapist needed. Duties include:

• Provide customized therapy sessions based on client's individual needs.

• Promote the health and wellness benefits of receiving massage therapy on a regular basis to clients.

• Create excellent experience for members/guests through friendly and helpful attitude.

• Generate new clientele through promoting member referrals.

• Help maintain professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.

Position Requirements:

• Professional, focused, self-driven.

• Understands and willing to educate clients on the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.

• Understands and willing to educate clients on the different massage modalities.

• Must adhere to state licensing laws and regulations.

• Must carry liability insurance.

• Must be customer service oriented and able to communicate effectively with clients, clinic management and sales staff.

• Able to work flexible days and hours . Weekends and some nights REQUIRED.

The Sales/Client Service Specialist (SCSS)

The Sales/Client Service Specialist (SCSS) is directly responsible for client conversions and front desk operations.

The SCSS is responsible for client conversions in order to meet studio goals/quotas to ensure growth and profitability through the sales of:

  • Wellness Program Memberships
  • Packages
  • Gift Cards
  • Additional Visits (Rebooking)
  • Longer appointment sessions and add-on services

The SCSS is responsible for adhering to established “Service Path” procedures and processes to ensure a flawless “Elements Experience” including, but not limited to:

  • Creating a calm environment and greeting every client with a smile.
  • Answering phones professionally and converting phone calls into appointments.
  • Demonstrating complete knowledge of our massage model, therapist skill levels and price structure.
  • Addressing client requests and disputes professionally and efficiently.
  • Following all HIPAA regulations and Element’s privacy practices.
  • Facilities Management, including but not limited to, hourly studio checks to ensure massage rooms and restrooms are clean and properly stocked.
