Places Lived: I’ve lived most of my life in Chicago, and just spent the last two years in Las Vegas. I currently reside in Shorewood and am excited to raise my family there.

Places Traveled: In the US I have been all over from the East coast to West coast. I have been to Mexico, Puerto Rico, Madrid, Spain; Venice, Italy; Munich, Germany; and South America.

My Dream Vacation: I would love to travel all throughout South America and hit every country.

Favorite Massage Modalities: Deep tissue, myofascial, structural integration, and tui ne. I like to find the problem and fix it! I am also trained in Prenatal, oncology, fibromyalgia, sports, hot stone, geriatric, and kid massages. I can also incorporate stretching and shiatsu into my massages. 

Philosophy on Healing: The body will heal itself.  Massage therapists remind it how.

In my other life (before I found massage therapy) I was: A rehab therapist, nutritionist, and human anatomy/physiology instructor.

In my other life (before I found massage therapy) I was:  “I’ve held quite a variety of jobs from restaurant manager, pharmacy tech, to factory worker.  As a child I always wanted to be a body worker.   After the factory, I went back to school and followed my dream.”

Education:    I went to Sts. Cecilia & James Catholic School until high school when I attended Homestead in Mequon.  I studied at UWM for a few years in psychology and then attended Blue Sky School of Massage and Therapeutic Bodywork. There I studied neuromuscular therapy, lymphatic massage, massage for cancer patients, cranial sacral and reflexology.

Places Lived:   I was born and raised in Mequon until 22years old when I moved to Germantown. When I was 24 I moved to Milwaukee where I presently reside.

Places Traveled:   I have been to most of the continental U.S with trips to Lake Tahoe, San Francisco, Florida, Washington D.C, New York, and many other fascinating places.

My Dream Vacation:   To either Europe or to the Islands somewhere.

Favorite Massage Modalities:   I enjoy doing a neuromuscular therapy blend with a Swedish massage. Here are some other massages I am trained in as well: Kids, sports, prenatal, oncology, geriatric and fibromyalgia.

Philosophy on Healing:  I really believe that as a massage therapist I can do a lot to help clients but they also need to do their part and be proactive about their health.  I think if we both do our part we can make life more enjoyable.

In my other life (before I found massage therapy) I was…  A photographer.  This made me happy because I made a lot of people smile. I was also a nursing assistant. I enjoyed working with the elderly and with massage, I’m able to work with all the people that need my touch.
