Colleen O'Connor | Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist

Colleen is the owner of Elements Therapeutic Massage as well as a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. She and her husband Peter moved to Louisville from the Washington, DC area in 2003, fell in love with the people and the city and they decided to stay. Colleen graduated from the Louisville School of Massage and when she is in the studio taking appointments, she specializes in Deep Tissue and Hot Stone Massage as well as Abdominal Massage and Prenatal Massage.

Shelby | Lead Therapist, Licensed Massage Therapist

Shelby is a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and a graduate of the Louisville School of Massage. She is our Lead Therapist and specializes in Deep Tissue massage and Hot Stone Massage, however she is not opposed to providing her clients with a nice relaxing Swedish massage when they need it. In both instances, her clients leave our studio happier and healthier than when they came in.

Valerie | Licensed Massage Therapist

Valerie is a graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics and is known in our studio as the person who is always smiling. Valerie has been practicing in Louisville for over 7 years. She specializes in Deep Tissue therapies and brings a wealth of knowledge and skill to each of her sessions.

Johanna (Yo-hah-na) | Licensed Massage Therapist

Johanna is a graduate of the Louisville School of Massage and is a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. It only takes one time on the table to know that she specializes in Deep Tissue Massage. Johanna is also trained in Advanced Stretching Techniques as well as Hot Stone Massage. She has a great rapport with her clients and they keep coming back for more!

Lora | Licensed Massage Therapist

Lora is a Louisville native and graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics. She is a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Bodyworker and specializes in Deep Tissue Massage as well as Prenatal Massage. Her attention to detail and nurturing personality enable Lora to form a strong connection to her clients.

Tim | Licensed Massage Therapist

Tim graduated from the Louisville School of Massage and is also a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Bodyworker. He specializes in Swedish massage techniques and his clients rave about his ability to relax them with his patient approach to their aches and pains.

Gretchen | Licensed Massage Therapist

Gretchen is a graduate of the Louisville School of Massage. She specializes in Deep Tissue Massage and utilizes her continuing education in stretching and myofascial techniques to help relieve her clients of chronic pain and other muscular issues.

Jenny | Licensed Massage Therapist

Jenny is a graduate of the Louisville School of Massage and is a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Trigger Point therapy. Jenny's clients are always amazed at how much better they feel after she works on them. She is currently pursuing continuing education in prenatal massage and is looking forward to working with our pregnant clients as well.

Milena | Licensed Massage Therapist

Milena was trained in Florida and has been massaging in Louisville for over 4 years. Her clients can't say enough about her abilities and she has developed quite a following since joining us at Elements. She specializes in Deep Tissue massage and Prenatal massage.

Debbie | Licensed Massage Therapist

Debbie comes to us from Illinois and along with her Deep Tissue and Swedish massage abilities, Debbie is also trained in abdominal massage and Reikki. Her clients are quick to compliment her on her ability to really focus on their specific needs.

Izzy | Licensed Massage Therapist

Izzy is a graduate of Advanced Massage Therapeutics and her warm and inviting personality puts her clients in a state of relaxation before she even touches them! Izzy is a Nationally Certified Therapeutic Massage Therapist and Bodyworker and specializes in Deep Tissue and Sports massage.

Kris | Licensed Massage Therapist

Kris has been practicing massage for fifteen years! She was trained in Nebraska and brings a tremendous amount of depth and knowledge to her clients. She specializes in Deep Tissue and Sports massage but also excels at addressing the needs of our pregnant clients.
