I recognize the benefits of massage for not only my body but also for my soul. Over the years I have been to endless spa’s, schools and massage clubs. I’ve always struggled to find talented therapists. It’s been a long journey!

Just like a great hairdresser or doctor, we each have our own preferences for skill, method and personality.

Both myself, my husband and our young adult children have found several great therapists at Elements on University. Having choice when we have such a demanding life schedule is truly appreciated!

I want to shout from the rooftops! i JUST signed up as a member and am so so very excited! I am a mom of 2 very young girls and I believe that ALL moms NEED massages at least once a month--really! I have told all moms here in the Lakewood Ranch Moms Group how happy I am, and also that Elements was very extrememly generous to us by donating some free 30 minutes massages that we could use for prizes for one of our contests...thanks I love ELEMENTS!

I started going to Elements Therapeutic Massage about 2 months ago and am wonderfully pleased.

After years of athletic activity, I have suffered many pulled muscles and knee injuries. The deep tissue massage and trigger point therapy has improved my range of motion, alleviated pain and allows me to extend my range and duration of exercising.

Instead of a temporary fix, this experience has been long lasting. Without the constant pain, the people around me have commented that I seem happier.

I would definitely recommend Elements to anymore who would like to add another "element" to their wellness plan.
