Michael, a graduate of Arizona School of massage Therapy. Michael has live in 8 states including New York all the way to Arizona. He has traveled to quite a few places such as Israel, Switzerland, Vancouver and British Columbia. His dream vacation is to go to Rio de Jinero. Before he became a massage therapist he served in the military and is currently working on his pre-med at ASU. He is skilled in a variety of massage modalities, and he especially likes Trigger Point, injury massage and sports massage. His philosophy on healing is maintaining focus and having good intentions. He is proud to join the team here at Elements.
Possessing a degree of the Master Body Worker Program from Utah College of Massage Therapy, Teresa is proud to join our team. She specializes in cranial sacral(movement of the cranial bones), hot stone, and acupressure techniques. These holistic techniques can restore the body to a state of health, relaxation and balance while relieving any tension that has been stored in the muscles. She also treats prenatal clients, offering them a relaxing Swedish massage. Her motto is that true healing can only happen when the therapist and client work together. Therfore one of her goals is to develop on-going relationships in which she helps our clients reach their goals of natural health. Teresa enjoys travel and has seen almost all 50 states. Her dream is to visit China. She is proud to be on the Elements team.
Alex, a graduate of Arizona School of Massage Therapy as of December 2007. Alex has lived all over Arizona. He love to travel to getaways like Florida, California, and Hawaii, and his dream vacation is a trip to Thailand for two months. He has many hobbies that take up his spare time, such as graphic design and art. He is skilled in a variety of massage modalities, and he especially likes structural, deep tissue, swedish and cranial. Alex greatly enjoys being a part of the healing process for his clients. His philosophy on healing is that awareness in the body goes hand in hand with well-being, and well-being comes from the healing experience. He is proud to join the team here at Elements.
Andy, HHP, LMT, is a Holistic Practitioner specializing in therapeutic massage, life coaching, and nutritional consulting. He p[ossesses a degree in Holistic Health from the Southwest Institue of Healing Arts, where he refined his Taoist approach to serving others. His mission is to assist you through gaining clarity, restoring the body, and building confidence to take on life. Working with people who are committed to living a healthy, balanced, on purpose lifestyle, Andy looks to rejuvenate and restore what everyday life takes out. Grounded in his roots from the Green Mountain State of Vermont, he leads a physical, active, nurturing lifestyle, full of outdoor adventures and various self-discovery activities, providing inspiration to others to do the same. He is thrilled to be a part of the wonderful team at Elements.
A graduate of Utah College of Massage Therapy, Allyson is an experienced massage therapist who has lived on the West Coast for quite some time. Before becoming a massage therapist she decorated floats for the Rose Parade, danced professionally, worked for Disney, and even performed in the Olympic Game ceremonies. She loves traveling all of the U.S. and has managed to visit 44 states! Allyson's dream vacation is to travel the world and enjoy theater, hiking and sailing. Some of her favorite massage modalities include cranial sacral, prenatal, reflexology, myofascial release, acupressure, and Thai massage. She considers it an honor to participate in the restorative and recuperative processes of the human body, and she is proud to be a part of the team at Elements.
Laura graduated from the Southeast Institute of Healing Arts in Tempe, Arizona. She has traveled all over the U.S., especially in Southern California and Mexico. Laura loves to practice Asian therapies, such as Shiatsu and Thai, as well as myofacial and chair massage. She believes in working with the body's innate wisdom to bring the body,mind, and spirit into balance. Before she became a massage therapist, she frequently visited a healer and experienced the value of massage firsthand, inspiring her to become a healer herself. Laura's dream vacation is to visit India and Thailand so that she may learn, study, and grow. She is elated to be a part of the healing process here at Elements.
Jillian is a graduate from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy and also attended Dickinson State University. She has lived in North Dakota and Arizona. She has traveled to California, Florida, Colorado, Nevada and Oregon. Her favorite massage modalities include Shiatsu, Injury, Structural and Trigger Point. In addition to working as a massage therapist, she is a travel agent.
