Cancellation policy: Elements understands that, at times, circumstances may require you to change your schedule. If you find that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment for any reason, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All appointments which have not been cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the service time are subject to the full service charge. 

Same day appointments must be cancelled no later than one hour prior to appointment time to avoid a service charge.
