Diana | Licensed Massage Therapist
Diana is a graduate from the Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy where she trained in Swedish, Myofasical Release, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy massage. Diana became interested in massage therapy after she experienced the benefits of the results. Diana believes that massage is a holistic approach to healing the body and each session is customized and uniquely designed for each individual.
Daniel | Licensed Massage Therapist
Dan is a graduate of the New School for Massage Body Work & Healing. His emphasis is on integrating both Swedish and Deep Tissue massage together to create what he calls “Relaxation Therapy” for clients. Dan has previous work experience in a Chiropracic office and has dealt with a lot head, neck and shoulder pain issues. He is great with low back and degenerative disc issues also. His philosophy on healing is to bring the body back into balance through body work and achieve homeostasis.
Cindy | Licensed Massage Therapist
Cindy comes from the Wellness and Massage Training Institute. She has performed outreach opportunities at Ronald McDonald house in Maywood, IL and Willow Falls Retirement Community in Cresthill, IL. Cindy is trained in Swedish Massage, which is a relaxing treatment and is interested in learning other forms of energy work. She is also certified in Hot Stone Massage and Prenatal Massage. Cindy has a very nurturing spirit and she hopes to honor and heal all she touches.
Gwen | Licensed Massage Therapist
Gwen is a graduate of Cortiva Institute Massage Therapy School. She chose massage therapy as a profession because she has a passion to help the body heal naturally. Gwen is great with Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone Massage. She also has training in Sports, Myofascial Release Therapy, and Hydrotherapy Massage. Gwen's favorite modality is Neuromuscular Therapy which entails a clinical approach. Gwen is very knowledgeable about the muscle structure of the body and strives to educate her clients on improving their health and wellness.
Jennifer | Licensed Massage Therapist
Jennifer has a professional background in visual arts and psychology. While earning her Master's Degree in Counseling with an Art Therapy concentration degree, she received her first professional massage. Through her personalized treatment program, she realized the importance of a hands-on approach to healing. For the past three years, she has worked as an Expressive Therapist helping patients in crisis, at a behavioral health hospital.
In addition to being a licensed massage therapist, Jennifer is also nationally certified. Her favorite modalities are Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point therapy, and she is certified in Prenatal Massage. Jennifer has a firm but gentle touch and she believes that a mind/body/spirit connection can be effectively achieved through holistic bodywork.
Christopher | Licensed Massage Therapist
Christopher is a graduate of the Massage Therapy program at Everest College. His specialty is pain relief and pain management. He is excellent with Deep Tissue work, Trigger Point Therapy, and Sports massage. Christopher is also trained in Hot Stones and Swedish Massage. His philosophy on healing is that with positive thinking, energy, and determination, anything can be healed, inside and out!
Gloria | Licensed Massage Therapist
Gloria is very knowlegeable in her craft and has a lot of practical experience. She comes from a family of Massage Therapists. Gloria graduated from Northwestern College with the highest honors in the Massage Therapy Program. She has had the pleasure of working along-side Chiropractors and Physical Therapists during her career. She enjoys working in clinical environments, fitness centers, and Day Spas. Gloria's philosophy on healing is that our minds and bodies have a natural healing ability. Massage Therapists work as a tool to help the mind and body work through the healing process together. Gloria has experience with lymphatic drainage massage and and cold stone therapy massage for migraines. She is certified in Hot Stone, Prenatal, Swedish, Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Therapy.
Gina | Licensed Massage Therapist
Gina is a graduate of Moraine Valley Community College. Gina is very thorough in her work as a massage therapist and really focuses on the client's concerns so they can see improvements. She works well with athletic clients who have injuries and those clients who experience chronic pain. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Hot Stones, Prenatal, and Sports massage techniques. She is nationally certified in therapeutic massage, and is a member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). Gina is also certified by the American Heart Association in CPR/AED. She is a firm believer of the importance of incorporating therapeutic massage as part of a healthy lifestyle which has wonderful benefits for both body and mind.
Pamela | Licensed Massage Therapist
Pam is a graduate of Soderworld Academy of the Healing Arts. She is trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Reiki, Lymphatic, and Thai massage. In addition, Pam is certified in Prenatal massage. She feels massage therapy allows her to use her skills to aid in the healing process. Her favorite technique is incorporating both Deep Tissue and Swedish into her massages so clients can experience the benefit of Deep Tissue, without the pain. Pam also believes massage therapy enables healing of the mind, body, and soul.
