Loved it! The thing that is so great about Elements, is that they only offer massage, which means you're not paying for the fluff of a day spa. Before you go back for your massage, you wait in a very nice lobby that has relaxation music playing. Then you are taken back to your own massage room, which are beautiful. I loved that the beds were heated! My massage therapist, Brenda was very sweet and did a wonderful swedish massage on me. I definitely would reccommend it to my friends!

Worth it! I've been twice for the Swedish and the Deep Tissue treatment and both were worth every penny!

I have chronic back pain and it causes a lot of numbness throughout my hips and legs. I was in recently and my therapist was so helpful and really wanted to help with my back. He did a lot of deep tissue and trigger point work. Throughout the entire massage I felt so relaxed and comfortable, he completely knew what he was doing. By the end of the massage I was so relieved in my back and shoulders I felt like I could run for days. The 80 minute massage was the perfect amount of time for the problems I was having. I was so happy with this place (it is beautiful, VERY clean, and relaxing the second you walk in), I signed up for the Wellness Program and it has been one of the best things I've done for myself. I come in every month now and I have a significant change in how I feel and even how I sleep! Best thing I've done this year!
