Certified in: Hot Stones, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Structural Bodywork, Stretching, Sports, Natural Reflex Therapy and Injury Massage

Connie specializes in deep tissue and injury/therapeutic massage. She mixes modalities to best fit the clients need and does what will best relieve pain. Her dream vacation would be to travel to Holland.

Philosphy on healing: The most important step to having a healthy body is having a clean mind and spirit.

In my other life before I found massage therapy I was an assistant for a pre-school in Mexico.

Brock is our newest additon here at Elements. He specializes in therapeutic massage but also does great relaxation work. He graduated from The Christian Associates Massage Therapy School. He likes to mix different modalities in order to address the clients needs. Outside of massage therapy, he enjoys playing music and traveling.

Sheila received her education from the Arizona School of Massage Therapy when she lived in Tempe, Arizona

Modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, reflexology, trigger point, and injury rehabilitation 

Sheila likes to pull  techniques from all different  modalities to meet the need of the client.

Education: Degree in Kinesiology from Texas Lutheran University and Degree in Massage Therapy from Aveda Massage School
