Chelsie believes in the body doing marvelous things.  On her journey to becoming a Massage Therapist she has been a student at Wenatchee Valley College, University of Washington and Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy. Chelsie is skilled in Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, chair and pre-natal massage. She's especially good with making clients feel comfortable and relaxed during their massage.Swedish, Relaxation, Deep Tissue and Trigger Point massage are her favorite techniques. When not working Chelsie enjoys traveling and would like to backpack thorugh Denali National Park in Alaska adding to her travels through Mexico, Canada, and Europe.

Stacey's goal with every client is to help them find ease of movement within their own bodies so they can expeirence enjoyment in life through activity.  She firmly believes that everyone should be able to live an active and pain free life, and derives great satisfaction from using her massage skills to help achieve this.  When not massaging Stacey may be found running, hiking, biking and doing roller derby.

Claudette's goal to make a difference in her client's lives by bringing them the healing, nurturing power of touch. To meet this goal, she moved away from a technical writing career and  she went back to school at Lake Washington Technical College to study massage therapy.  Claudette is skilled in Swedish relaxation massage, deep tissue massage, and pre-natal massage. She's especially good with neck, shoulder, and low back pain caused by long hours spent sitting at a computer. Relaxation massage is her favorite technique. Many of her clients feel so safe and relaxed that they doze off during the massage.

Lisa was able to make her long term goal a reality by moving away from the corporate world and following in her grandfather's footsteps to become a massage therapist.  Being brought up to fully appreciate the benefits of a healthy lifestyle and the healing power of regular massage, she is perfectly suited to her profession.  Lisa is a native to the Pacific Northwest, and can be found gardening, painting or indulging her photography hobby when not working.  Her favorite modality is very simple - whichever type of massage her client needs at the time.

Samar is particularly interested in problem solving when it comes to working with his clients, and loves to work with people trying to recover from injury or heal from an operation.  When not working with massage, he is a physcial therapist assistant, which probably explains why he is so good at stretching and range of motion therapy.  Samer brings to his work a level of intelligence and intuition that results in a very good client experience every time.  When off-duty, Samer may be found playing his guitar, having a good time on the basketball court or driving his wife crazy.  In a good way.

Amanda is originally from Tennessee, but is now very attached to her Seattle life-style.  She loves to do low-impact massages, including lymphatic drainage, gently encouraging the body to heal itself.  Combined with specific trigger point work where needed, Amanda gets very good results from her sessions.  She also gets great satisfaction from the relief she brings her fibromyalgia clients.  When not working in massage, Amanda can be found enjoying all that the Pacific NW offers, accompanied by her beautiful German Shepherd Seeing-Eye dog, Winnie.  Amanda's lack of perfect eye-sight perhaps contributes to the empathy and compassion she brings to every massage.

Victor is a graduate of Everest College, and is a very strong, very capable therapist, providing relief from injury and pain with his personalized style of massage.  When not working at his craft, Victor is a singer/song-writer and is fluent in Spanish.

Kenzie is a graduate of Bellevue Massage School, and brings to her profession a passion for helping others combined with the skills needed to benefit her many clients.  When not working, Kenzie very much enjoys the outdoors, with hiking, and sports among her many interests.  Kenzie is also a talented swing dancer, keeping herself healthy and well so that she can be at her best for every client

Mallory is a graduate of Seattle's Cortiva Institute, coming to us with the warmest recommendatiion from her teachers.  She is a natural healer, able to interpret her client's needs and tailor her massage style to suit each individual.  Mallory brings an "of course" attitude to our studio and contributes to the sense of calm and peace that prevails here.  She is sincerely committed to helping each person in her care reach their potential for good health and happiness.  When she is not caring for others, Mallory enjoys the outdoors and is a keen hiker.  Having been born in this area, she is deeply connected to  her Native American heritage

Denise graduated from an in-depth massage program at the well-regarded Cortiva Institute-Brenneke School of Massage in Seattle.  A natural therapist, Denise puts all her energies and efforts into each massage, working with her clients on an individual level to make sure their needs are always met.  When not practicing massage, Denise may be found hiking, working-out, reading or spending time with animals.  Denise loves the calming, quiet atmosphere of elements, and derives great satisfaction from helping people achieve their wellness goals.

Melissa graduated from Ashmead College Massage School, having chosen to make her passion her career.  The types of massage that Melissa particularly enjoys providing are Swedish, along with with Sports massage and site specific Deep Tissue work.  She works very hard to give every client the treatment they personally need, and works with each one to make sure they have the tools to stay healthy.  Melissa's life and healing philosphy is to take care of yourself, because your body will be with you to the end, no matter what condition it is in!  With that approach to life in mind, Melissa enjoys traveling, kickboxing, dancing and is an avid Seahawks supporter.  She loves the serene environment here at elements therapeutic massage, and her clients love the skills and passion she brings to her craft.

We are happy to bill your insurance company for you if your plan covers Licensed Massage Therapy.  (Please note - insurance appointments cannot be booked on-line.  It is necessary to call the studio to make your appointment.)

If you have PIP coverage through your auto-insurance, we can take care of you.  Bring your claim information, a prescription and leave the rest to us.

Each health insurance company is different, and every policy even from the same insurance company can vary significantly.  Please give us all the information from your insurance card and we will call to find out if you have benefits for Licensed Massage Therapy.

If you do have coverage, all you need is a doctor's prescription (required) and we'll match you with the appropriate therapist and begin your course of massage treatment.  We will collect your co-pay at the time of service and bill your insurance company for the balance.  There is no doubt massage is an important part of your over-all wellness plan and we are happy to help you meet your health goals as easily and smoothly as possible.
