Amber is a graduate of The Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy in Seattle.  Trained in multiple techniques and modalities, she provides integrated massage to help with relaxation, injury recovery, range of motion and overall physical performance.  In addition to massage, Amber has a background in yoga practice and movement for performing arts.  Structural alignment and balance are central to her approach for optimal wellness.

CARI graduated from EVEREST COLLEGE in August of 2008 for Massage Therapy. She actively participated in their Sports Internship for a portion of her education along with maintaining honor status. Cari has contributed many hours into becoming certified in Deep Tissue Treatment of the body and well on her way to completing the entire body. It was her personal experiences with massage therapy that led her to pursue this career path. She tailors each session to her clients’ needs to help them achieve their desired results.

Heidi graduated from Seattle Massage School in 1998. She provides a flowing, active massage that brings relaxation and healing.  Heidi artfully incorporates deep tissue, myofascial release, reflexology and Thai Massage techniques into a tailored massage that best fits your personal needs and wants.  Heidi has been a massage school teaching assistant, and is a volunteer for Hospice at Evergreen Hospital.

Jeanne is a graduate of Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy-Seattle.  She completed the Extended 1000-hour  training program and has experience in many massage therapy modalities.  Whether you require a relaxing, rejuvenating, or injury-treatment massage, Jeanne enjoys planning a customized massage session for you.  In her spare time, Jeanne finds enjoyment in attending massage-related continuing education courses, understanding massage therapy’s role in medical care, and receiving various styles of massage therapy herself.  As a native resident, she also enjoys the urban sights and sounds of Seattle!

John is new to Seattle area having studied and practiced massage in Santa Fe, New Mexico.  He is a graduate of The New Mexico Academy of the Healing Arts.  John's massage technique combines Swedish, joint mobilization, deep tissue & trigger point techniques, as well as a bit of Lomi Lomi and Reflexology.  While he thinks it is important to address specific areas of tension, he tries to include the whole body in a massage.  Often, the source of tension is not where the client is feeling the tightness, but rather hidden in other areas of the body.  By getting the entire body to release, and hopefully allowing the mind to let go of its daily cares, it is easier to work on specific areas of tension and help to release them.  John's overall intention is to assist your body's natural intelligence to heal itself, and help guide you back into your own well-being.

Lauren is a graduate of THE CORTIVA MASSAGE INSTITUTE OF SEATTLE.  She was initially drawn to massage therapy because of its ability to help people feel better by providing both stress relief and pain relief.  Helping others feel better is still one of the things Lauren enjoys most about massage today.  Each massage that Lauren gives is uniquely tailored to the body and needs of the client she is working with to help them achieve their wellness goals.  Her massages tend to be a mix of several modalities, including Swedish, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release and Trigger Point Release.  She also provides pregnancy massage.

MARIA  graduated from EVEREST COLLEGE in May of 2008. She speaks Spanish, and her English is around 80%. She loves to do massage and you can feel it in her work! Her style and pressure ranges from Swedish to Deep Tissue & Trigger Point work. She uses acupressure points, reflexology, stretching and sport massage styles in almost every session. Maria's goal is always to give you the best massage you've ever have had. If you need focus on an injury area, she will heat and ice so you can feel much better after the massage; as result, you will rebook with her again. When somebody asks her if she can do deep pressure, she is always smiling and says "Let's try! ".

PATRICIA graduated from ASHMEAD COLLEGE in 2008. She describes her massages as deep relaxing. She uses a combination of myofascial release, deep tissue, trigger points, and lymphatic drainage. Patricia has been certified in Intra-oral Massage and enjoys giving her clients tips to help relieve jaw tension at home. She approaches each massage with the intention of relieving pain, increasing range of motion and decreasing stress and tension. Her clients should expect to feel renewed and relaxed, as well as relieved of pain and stress.
