What a great find! This Elements is in a great location and is VERY affordable. I had a wonderful experience here. My therapist was Denise. I received my massage at Elements two weeks after having a breast augmentation and Denise was so professional and knowledgable. She was very cautious and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. She placed a bolster under my chest so that she was able to do some work on my back without making me uncomfortable. She worked the muscles under my shoulder blades which is just about the BEST thing ever for anyone with tight muscles or back pain. She also did a lot of work to help me with my upper peck muscles and the muscles under my arm to help my new implant lay down in the right spot. She was so helpful, yet gentle when necessary. I am glad to have found Elements and will definately be returning. I also spoke with both of their owners who were so friendly and professional. Thank you Elements and thank you Denise!

This place is great. I also had Denise--and she really did me a world of good. I work at Home Depot, so I basically thrash my body. Yep, I've converted. I'll be back at least once a month.

I received a massage from Lydia a week ago. Since I sit at my desk most of the day I have a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders. I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there, but when I arrived I was more than pleasantly surprised. First of all, the studio is very attractive and not like a chiropractors office which is what I expected. The girl at the front desk was very friendly and made me feel welcome. They had me fill out an intake form, which again surprised me. It was all much more professional than I'd anticipated.
Lydia was warm and professional from the moment I met her. I knew instantly I was in good hands. She asked me about the areas I needed attention and continued to check in with me throughout the massage. For a female, she gave a great massage. It was deep where I needed it and relaxing at the same time. Afterwards she gave me some stretches to do at home, which I felt was really professional. I know this studio is new and I give it a big "thumbs up".
They're open until 9pm which is great for me and I was able to get a walk-in appt with last minute notice which is pretty much the way things work for me. The icing on the cake is they have a $49 deal going right now I think until the end of the month.

After finishing up finals week and flying home for the Christmas holidays, my body was sore and felt like it had been hit rapidly by some sort of large truck! I ached in places I didn't know I could ache and every movement I made was a struggle; I was both mentally and physically exhausted. My mom had heard about Elements Therapeutic Massage and how they had just recently opened and suggested I give it a try, so I did.
I called to make an appointment and was excited to hear that they except walk-ins and told the receptionist, who I might add was very helpful and genuinely interested in what I had to say, that I would be in within the hour. I'm pretty sure her name was Kendra, she asked me what I was looking for and after I told her my story she set me up with Breanne. For the next hour I was in heaven! The atmosphere Elements promotes along with the actually massage was so relaxing that several times during my visit I caught myself drifting off to sleep.
It's been several weeks since I had my massage but I still feel amazing and completely relaxed. I feel like myself again, which is great and I'm ready to start the grind of a new quarter. You better believe that during finals week I will be scheduling another appointment at Elements.
