About Elements:

Our mission is to provide quality, professional, consistent massage at an affordable price.  We are a national franchise with 78 studios open to date.  Our Fountain Valley location will be our grand entry into the Southern California marketplace and will feature the largest studio to date with 12 rooms.  We will be offering memberships, and packages to  encourage clients to visit at least once monthly.  We plan to advertise heavily and consistently to get new clients every week in addition to daily walk-in business due to our location next to 24-Hour Fitness and TJ Max.  We’re excited to be launching this new studio and are we’re looking for team members that are dedicated and passionate about their work.

Our benefits include career opportunities with a national corporation, massage trades with our entire staff, free in-service workshops as well as discounted rates on your liability insurance.  You will have employee status, so payroll taxes are deducted at each pay period (every other week) vs. a year-end 1099.  We also offer continuing education, at reduced or no cost to our employees.

Work Place, Requirements, Hours and Pay Rates:

We provide a professional, clean, smoke-free environment in which to work.  We have a strong team approach and you will meet a few different people during the process.   

We ask that our therapists work a minimum of three shifts a week and are able to do 4-5 massages per shift.  Newly hired therapists earn an average of $26-40 per massage, including tips.  After the first three months you are eligible for a raise and increases occur annually.  

All of our massage therapists must carry their own liability insurance from ABMP, AMTA or other similar organization. If you are not currently insured, Elements offers a discount on Professional Level insurance from ABMP.

You don't have to bring a thing.  We supply sheets, towels, hot stones, oil, tables, blankets, pillows, as well as a professional environment and of course, clients.

Front desk membership sales team members

We're looking for friendly, out going membership sales people to meet and greet our customers, book appointments and explain our membership packages.  You will be the face of our business!  We are customer service focused and this attention to detail and our customers is what will set us apart from the competition.  We're open 7days/week from 9a-9pm with lots of shifts available.
