Prenatal massage is a imperative for expectant mother's to relieve pain, decrease anxiety, and generally make their pregnancy more pleasant!  With that in mind, we have designed prenatal packages for each step of the way, based off of recommended massage frequency throughout the pregnancy term!

Prenatal recommendations:

1 massage every 4 weeks until 30 weeks

1 massage every 2 weeks from 30-35 months

1 massage weekly from 36 weeks to delivery
