Jill Bellospirito | General Manager/LMT
I have been a Massage Therapist for over 5 years working in various spa settings and also have management experience that has provided me with the knowledge and experience to offer clients a unique experience. I believe that every Member and Guest should recieve the highest level of customer service and wish for everyone to have a positive and memorable experience each time they visit our studio. I truly believe in the healing power of massage and our own bodies and want to help educate and motivate others to heal themselves.
Education: I have a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology/Business from the University at Albany SUNY, 200 Hr. Yoga Teacher Training, Reiki Level 1, and graduated from Bellevue Massage School in Bellevue, Washington.
Philosophy on Healing: I believe there is still so much we have yet to learn about the natural healing capabilities of our body. I believe that body work, yoga, meditation and deep breathing can be transformational in healing many ailments. Massage not only feels good but calms the nervous system, increases circulation in flushing out toxins and makes the skin glow.
Massage Style: I truly like to listen to the client's body and have it tell me what it needs. I can offer very soothing relaxation massage and I have also worked with physical therapy clients in easing discomfort and pain while increasing their range of motion from injuries. I like to do trigger point work on stressed areas while holding the deep pressure to help create a release.

Krystal | SCSS Coordinator
Education: Received a Diploma in Medical Assisting at Branford Hall Career Institute and a Certificate in Medical Office Assisting from Manchester Community College. I have many years of customer service experience.
Favorite Massage Modalities: I enjoy a Swedish massage with medium pressure. I also like when a therapist uses stretching techniques and trigger point therapy. Getting massages helps my body to loosen up and increases the blood flow.
Philosophy on Healing: People need to nurture their minds, bodies, and souls. Healing is something that happens on the inside.
Carolyn | LMT / Massage Therapist Supervisor
Education: I graduated with honors from Springfield Technical Community College with an Associate's degree in Science in Massage Therapy.
Favorite Massage Modalities: I love Thai Massage, it implements a lot of yoga moves and poses which helps with flexibility. Trigger Point Therapy targets the source of radiating pain. Increasing client's flexibility and decreasing pain are important parts of massage therapy.
Philosophy of Healing: We all should try to make time every day to be stress free. Our mind and body needs this to be healthy and happy. Accomplishing this is not easy; we are diverse individuals trying to adapt to changes in our lives. Massage is a great stepping stone to create some stress-free time. Therapeutic touch increases proper movement, circulation and relaxation to create harmony with body and mind.
We asked our Therapists to Describe their own style and here's what they had to say for themselves: I can adjust well from light pressure to Deep Tissue adding a lot influences with Thai Massage, Myofascial and Trigger Point techniques.

Jamie | LMT/Lead Therapist
Education: I earned my BA at Otterbein College in Westerville, OH. I also graduated with honors from the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in Columbus, OH where I received my massage therapy training. I am licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Favorite Massage Modalities: Neuromuscular Therapy including trigger point release and myofascial release; Swedish; Hot Stone or Hot Bamboo massage
Philosophy of Healing: Our bodies are in a constant process of maintaining the healthiest state they can achieve. Healing is part of that intricate and complex process. When we can support and encourage the intrinsic healing nature of ourselves, we can reach a balance and wholeness. During a massage, I have the highest respect for this process. I massage with intention, purpose, and mindfulness to create an atmosphere in which the body may heal itself.
We asked our Therapists to describe their style and this is what they had to say for themselves: My massage stye is 100% client-wellness focused. I incorporate flexible pressure depths and a variety of techniques in different ways to create a unique treatment for each client. A seamless transition from technique to technique and consistent even pressure maximizes the opportunity for relaxation and positive therapeutic results.

Rebecca | LMT
Education: Graduated with honors from Branford Hall Massage Therapy Program, completed the 960-hour Advanced Massage Therapy Program receiving a Certification in Therapeutic Massage in December 2011. Licensed Massage Therapist in Massachusetts. Currently a member of the Massachusetts chapter of AMTA.
Favorite Massage Modalities: Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage and Hot Stone Massage.
Philosophy on Healing: I believe that the mind and body are connected and we must let go of our daily stresses in order to really heal our mind and bodies. Massage is a great way to do this and has many benefits, which include: alleivate low back pain, improve range of motion, increase joint flexibility. Therapeutic massage promotes tissue regeneration, reduces scar tissue and stretch marks. Massage also improves circulation.
We asked our therapists to describe their style and this is what they had to say for themselves: I like to offer a relaxing massage that has great flow. I use Swedish massage and Deep Tissue techniques to melt away the stress and provide a therapeutic massage. I customize my massage based on what the client's body needs. My massage can be light if the client requires or deep depending on what the client's body is telling me. I am a caring and nurturing person and believe in healing the body and mind.

Monica | LMT
Education: Cortiva Institute of Massage Therapy, University of CT-Nutrition, Personal Trainer
Favorite Modality: Reflexology
Philosophy on Healing: I believe holistic remedies in most cases can replace Western medicine. I also believe most diseases can be prevented and cured from eating a plant based diet.
We asked our Therapists to describe their style and this is what they said for themselves: I'm able to guage areas of tension by assessing the tissue slowly. I can find connective tissue adhesions and areas of tenderness deep in the muscle. I focus on rhythmic techniques to induce relaxation. I always encourage the client to communicate their needs regarding comfort.

Sandra | LMT
Education: Central Mass School of Massage-Spencer MA, Academy of Massage-San Antonio, TX, BA in Psychology
Favorite Massage Modalities: Therapeutic Massage, Myofacial release, Deep Tissue, Pregnancy and Infant Massage
Philosophy on Healing: I believe that all healing is self-healing. Therefore, I do not focus on curing or fixing what is "wrong" with people. Of course, if someone comes to me with sore muscles, I will do everyhing I can to help relieve their suffering and speed their healing. But, my main focus is not "curing". Instead, I work to amplify people's natural self healing abilities, to remove obstacles to healing, and support living their lives to the fullest.
We asked our therapists to describe their style and this is what they had to say for themselves: My style is customized to each client's needs based on all modalities that I have fine tuned. Each client will experience something different.

Andrea | LMT
Education: Cortiva Institute - Boston. Licensed in MA.
Favorite Massage Modalities: I like Swedish Massage the best for its flow and overall relaxation benefits, and I also enjoy Myofacial Release.
Philosophy on Healing: As a Massage Therapist I believe in nurturing others. Massage makes a wonderful addition to anyone's wellness program, and has a wonderful healing impact: boosting immunity, reducing anxiety, relieving muscular tension, and improving circulation. Today, there are so many modalities of massage available - from Deep Tissue to the gentlest of touch therapies - that from infancy into our senior years we can all benefit from.

Laurie (LP) | LMT
Education: I graduated in 2010 from the Easthampton Massage School with 500 hours of massage therapy instruction.
Favorite Massage Modalities: Over the years, I have received great benefits from Chinese and Japanese medicinal treatments. I am a firm believer in acupuncture and as a result enjoy the meridian work of shiatsu massage and reflexology. Active trigger points can also clog energy flow so I enjoy deep pressure to release those points.
Philosophy on Healing: I believe that a balanced mind, body and spirit allows freedom, relaxation and possibility to emerge. Creating that balance in ourselves is always one of the goals in healing.
We asked our Therapists to describe their style and this is what they had to say for themselves: I love the individuality of each session with each client. Each person prefers different touch to achieve their health goals, and I like the challenge of creating that unique session experience - while still maintaining balanced pressure and a relaxing flow. That being said, I can provide the relaxation of soothing touch, deep pressure work or anything in between.

Hideko | LMT
Education: Space Coast Health Institute, FL, Nationally Certified (NCTMB) and Licensed in FL/MA, Certified Foot Reflexologist, Reiki Master Favorite Massage: Swedish, Deep Tissue and Foot Reflexology Philosophy of Healing: I believe that prevention is the key to maintain your own health and I am a strong believer in holistic remedies, as they have no bad side effects and focus more on the body's natural healing process. Natural healing is more intuitive and it's important to listen to your own body's rhythm. I really love what I do and find it very rewarding when clients tell me that I am able to help them ease their pain or provide them some means to relax. The more treatments people receive, the less stress they will have in their lives. Massage therapy is not a luxury anymore, but an essential part of routine health maintenance. I am very proud to be part of a health care profession that can make a difference in people's lives and offer a positive outlook. Massage can enhance and make people feel better about themselves physically, mentally, emotionally as well as spiritually, as they are all connected to each other to make a whole body. We asked our Therapists to Describe their own style and here's what they had to say for themselves: I combine different techniques that I have learned over the years into my Swedish massage including some Acupressure, Foot Reflexology and Deep Tissue Massage. Sometimes I combine Reiki depending on the client's needs. I specialize in a Deep Pressure Massage and sometimes incorporate Shiatsu techniques. Pressure Level 3

Veronique | LMT
Education: College graduate in Psychology and Human Sciences, as well as Interior Design. Graduated with honors in the Massage Therapy program at Branford Hall Career Insititute. I am curently a member of the AMTA, Massachusetts chapter.
Favorite Massage Modalities: Swedish massage, hot stones, pre-natal, and bamboo massage. I believe that the deep relaxation effects these modalites bring to the individual receiving the treatment are very therapeutic for the mind and body.
Philosophy on healing: Massage Therapy is one way towards better health. It will help ease the effects of life's stresses, be it in our physical, mental or spiritual lives. Over the years, I have seen the effects of increased dependance on technology. People are expected to work fast, respond faster and produce more results in a shorter amount of time. This often has a negative effect on the mind and body. Ironically, all these technologies that are supposed to be about connection have disconnected us for ourselves and our bodies. They have facilitated exchange of information yet have not necessarily brought to us what most of us are seeking; a true connection with ourselves and with others. As human beings, we need balance. I believe that massage, touch and bodywork provide that balance and can serve as a remedy to the high tech lives we are often subjected to. There is simply no substitute for receiving human touch. It connects us to ourselves in a way technology simply cannot.
We asked out therapists to describe their own style and here's what they had to say for themselves: My style is for relaxation. I use light to medium pressure, firm but soothing strokes. I can also perform some deeper work if needed. I care for each and every one of my clients and my work reflects that. My goal is to help you find a sense of well-being and deep relaxation, to help melt away stress and tension. I am honored to do this work and I am looking forward to working with you soon. "Every body" needs a good massage!

Favorite Massage Modalities: Swedish, Deep Tissue, Sports Massage
Philosophy on Healing: Healing is something that must come from the heart and soul. If the healer is only in it for the financial aspect, then they are in it for the wrong reasons.
We asked our Therapists to Describe their own style and here's what they had to say for themselves: My style is Swedish/relaxation that I can incorporate Deep Tissue into (if that's what the client is looking for). I can also do a Sports style massage. My pressure is moderate to deep (3 to 3+ out of 4). Neck, upper back, shoulders, and low back are my specialty areas.

Favorite Massage Modality: I don't really have a favorite, I like them all!
Philosophy on Healing: The human body is amazing! The body can heal itself and receiving massage on a regular basis helps to facilitate healing from within the body.
We asked our therapists to describe their style and this is what they had to say for themselves: I have over nine years of experience practicing massage therapy. Over the years, I have learned different techniques that I have incorporated into each individual massage I give. Whatever the client needs or asks for is what the client gets. Whether it's swedish, deep tissue, cranial sacral, trigger point, reiki, face lift, hot stone, or cupping I give each client the best I can!

Alicia | SCSS/LMT
Education: Bancroft School of Massage Therapy Graduate 2010.
Favorite Massage Modalities: I love the traditional Swedish massage. The benefits are to increase circulation and relax into the parasympathetic nervous system and are profound to aid in the body's own gentle healing process. I also enjoy learning almost any new modality and then to incorporate it into the individually tailored massage. Some modalities I like to incorporate are Reflexology, Asian Modalities, Polarity, Deep Tissue, and Myofascial Release.
Philosophy on Healing: The body is a unique, complex and intelligent system. When given the appropriate situation it can and will restore itself which leads to a happy and clear outlook. Don't we owe it to ourselves to allow this to happen?
We asked our Therapists to describe their own style and here's what they had to say for themselves: Every Massage is individually tailored specifically to the client's needs from what they say and their body is saying. Sometimes deeper work is necessary to work out deeply held tension, and sometimes a flowing and relaxing massage is just the right fit to melt stress away. I like to keep my mind open to learn new things to continue to incorporate something different into my treatment to keep it fresh and unpredictable yet always effective.

Favorite Massage Modalities: A Swedish massage with medium pressure with range of motion and reflexology. It really loosens up your whole body and releases a lot of stress that builds up from day to day living.
Philosophy on Healing: Your body is something that you cannot replace. You need to make sure you nurture your mind body and soul. Massage is a great way to heal for all areas.
