Hot Stone Massage is a wonderful detoxifying treatment, perfect for this time of year.  Basalt stones are heated to about 125 degrees and are used with oil to massage the muscles, infusing heat deeply into the body's core.  The result is deeply relaxing with a significant toxin flush.  It's important to drink water before and after a Hot Stone Massage!
