Elements in Burlington, Ma is a great place to get a massage. The staff and owners are very professional and knowledgeable. I've been three times and each time I leave feeling better than when I arrived!! If you're looking for a clean location with a great staff to get rid of some stress or to ease some sore muscles then this is the place.

Elements is a great place to go to get a massage. The lobby and massage rooms are very nicely decorated and leave you feeling relaxed. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I do a lot of running and weight lifting and often have very sore and tight muscles. The staff suggested that I see Joe for a deep tissue massage, so I did. I told him which muscles were bothering me and which ones I would like him to focus on. Joe listened to what I wanted and was able to use the right amount of pressure. At the end of the massage I was feeling pain free. Joe gave a wonderful massage from head to toe and I would recommend him to anyone looking to relieve sore muscles or just relax. I've had many massages and massage therapists and Joe is one of the best. I've already had two massages from him and plan to go back soon for another one.

From the moment you walk in the door at Elements you are able to relax. The staff is wonderful and the therapists are amazing. They have many experienced therapists and are able to truly address any problem areas and help you to have the best experience at Elements. Every time I have walked out the door after a massage at Elements all my aches and pains have melted away and I look forward to my next appointment. I would highly recommend Elements to anyone in the area looking for a relaxing experience and no matter what therapist you book with you will be sure to have one of the best massages of your life!

I've had two massages at Elements and was very satisfied with everything about the place. It's a nice pleasing environment from the lobby to the massage rooms. The staff, who work there, are friendly and knowledgeable. My first was massage there was a very nice 55 minute full body massage which I have told both the owner and others was 'the best massage I have ever had". No kidding it was. I told Tiffany exactly what spots were troubling me and she focused on them but also managed to totally relax my entire body at the same time. A few weeks later I was in a lot of pain in my knee, which was unusual for me. Tiffany quickly determined the cause of the problem to be tight IT bands and totally eliminated my pain which has not returned weeks later. Thank you, thank you. I highly recommend Elements to anyone who needs a good massage from talented professionals.

I had wanted a massage for a few weeks when I finally booked one at Elements. It was amazing from the moment I walked into the lobby to the time I left. I am extremely pleased with the experience I had there. My massage therapist, Kevin, was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to understand what was bothering me. It was one of the most relaxing massages that I have had in awhile and my stiffness did not return for weeks. He also didn’t rush through the hour and I felt like a million bucks when I left Elements. I would recommend Elements to folks that are looking for a great massage at an easy to access location.

What a great staff and atmosphere at Elements! As soon as I walked into the door I was starting to relax.
