Chelsea is originally from San Francisco and lived there until she was 11 years old. Then she relocated to Tuscalloosa, Alabama for two years before moving to Illinois. She currentyly resides in Oak Park. She attended the Soma Institute of Massage Therapy in Chicago before becoming licensed.
Chelsea has traveled to many places including Nacaragua, Paris and Canada. In the future she plans to make it to her dream vacation spot in South Africa because she wants to "learn to embrace their lifestyle and culture."
Chelsea's favorite massage modalities include swedish massage, myofascial release, sports massage with stretching techniques and lymphatic drainage. She is also trained in clinical massage and can treat specific conditions including shin splints, tension headaches, IT band syndrome and many more.
For her philosophy on healing Chelsea believes "healing starts form the inside and is not always an easy process. I believe massage helps with the healing process."
Before Chelsea became a massage therapist she attended college at Eastern Illinios University in Charleston, Illinois. She received her MBA at Dominican University in River Forest. She also helped and cared for pets as a vet technician.
Christina has lived in various locations including Chicago, Honeybrook, Pennsylvania and Lombard where she currently resides. She attended school for her massage therapy license at National University Health Sciences in Lombard. She also attended Delaware Community College in pursuit of becoming a paralegal.
Christina has visited Las Vegas and Florida but her dream vacation would be to the ruins of Mexico.
She enjoys giving nice and relaxing Swedish massages, Deep Tissue work, and Myofascial work to the neck and shoulders. She is also experienced in kinesiotaping.
For her philosophy on healing, Christina believes, "Holistic healing trumps any pill."
Prior to finding massage therapy, Christina was a canine massage therapist.
Frank’s educational background consists of a Bachelor’s Degree from DePaul University, National University of Health Science, UPLEDGER Cranio-Sacral and Muscle Release Therapy- Chicago, IL. Frank has lived in Illinois, Tennessee, California, Michigan, as well as Missouri. He has traveled to about 48 states in the United States. Frank’s dream vacation would be to travel to Europe then some place with warm sun and blue water!
Mr. Rooney’s favorite types of massage are Muscle Release and Repetitive Use Injury Therapy, as well as a relaxing bull body Swedish massage.
Frank’s philosophy on healing is the following, “Everything is in vibration; assist in restoring frequency and healing resumes.”
In his other life, before he found massage therapy, Frank was “in the industry business as an owner and sales executive.”
Mandy has known that she wanted to be a massage therapist since the age of 16. She spent some time in college studying business and in 2005 entered into massage therapy school. She has lived in Washington, Michigan, Oregon, and Illinois, but she is a Colorado native. She has travelled all over the western half of the United States, including Hawaii.
Her dream vacation would be a tour of Europe with a backpack. She would also like to visit Japan, but her dream is to settle down in Ireland.
Mandy's favorite type of massage to give and receive is hot stone massage. However, she loves integrating many different techniques.
For her philosophy on healing Mandy believes "Humans, being made up of energy, have the ability to heal themselves. The role of any practitioner is to assist each person toward their healing goal."
Before massage therapy was part of her life Mandy says she was a Jack-of-all-trades - doing a little bit of everything. "I was always a massage therapist. Whether I was using a book to assist my learning or reading about a modality. It has always been a part of me!"
Stacy was born and raised in Hawaii. She attended Kauai Community College and later Oakton Community College to receive her Massage Therapy training. Stacey has travelled all over the United States, but her dream vacation would be to visit Puerto Rico.
Her favorite massage modalities and specialties are Swedish and Relaxation massage, NMT, and Reflexology.
For her philosophy on healing Stacey says, "Never underestimate the power of touch!"
Before Stacey found massage therapy she was a sales and marketing supervisor for MUCI - Marriott Vacation Club International. When she lived in Hawaii, and after moving to Illinois, she worked for a Courtyard by Marriott as a housekeeping supervisor.

Amanda was born and raised in Tuscon, Arizona. She moved to Illinois and has lived in various towns including Coal City, Naperville, and Joliet. She currently lives in Lombard. She attended the National University of Health Sciences for Massage Therapy school.
She has traveled to Cancun, Mexico and various places around the United States, but she still has not gone on her dream vacation. "I would love to go to another country, maybe a warm destination! I've dreamed of going to the Fuji Islands or somewhere in Greece."
Amanda's favorite massage modalities include Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, but she is skilled at all the massage types that Elements offers.
For her philosophy on healing Amanda states, "I believe healing is a connection between the mind and body. One cannot heal without the other. Also, not every type of healing is for everyone."
Before Amanda found massage therapy she was a server and bartender. She worked at Lonestar Steakhouse, Crackerbarrel, and TGIFridays.
Christa is originially from the south side of Chicago but relocated to Naperville in 2002. She attended college at the College of DuPage in Glen Ellyn where she was trained in various massage techniques.
Christa has traveled many places including California, Nevada, Canada, Bahamas and many more. Her dream vacation spot is Rome, Italy.
Her favorite massage techniques include myofascial work to the back, neck and shoulders, common problem areas for many clients. More specific techniques she enjoys using include percussion and kneading. Percussion massage stimulates muscle actions and reflexes while kneading is a gentler massage technique.
Christa believes that "People heal people. I help people to heal themselves by educating them on the importance of taking care of themselves with massage."
Massage therapy has been Christa's first career. Since highschool she has been utilizing her skills and techniques as a licensed therapist.
Roberto received his massage therapy education from Everest College in Burr Ridge before becoming licensed. He has lived in Florida and now resides in the suburbs of Chicago.
Roberto has traveled many places, including out of the country to Puerto Rico. His dream vacation would be to visit either Cuba or Greece.
Roberto specializes in all different types of massage but he prefers to give Swedish and Deep Tissue.
For his philosophy on healing Roberto believes that "Nothing is better than the human touch!"
Before Roberto became a therapist he spent all of his time training in the sports of Boxing and Thai Boxing.
Jessica is originally from Addison, Illinois where she currently resides. She graduated from Benedictine University in 2006 with a Bachelors of Science in Nutrition. After attending college she went to the Soma Institute of Massage Therapy in Chicago to become a licensed massage therapist.
Jessica has traveled to many places all over the United States and Mexico, but her top three include Alaska, Hawaii, and Mexico. Her dream vacation would be a trip to Ireland.
For Jessica, any of the massage modalities are her favorite. However, the ones she uses the most include Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point and Lomi Lomi.
According to Jessica, "Everyone needs healing. It might be mentally, physically, or spiritually. In order to heal you have to want it. Everytime I help someone feel better I know I am truley blessed."
Gina Graduated from “The New School for Massage, Bodywork, And Healing” in 2006. She has also gone on to study Raiki and she has been certified as a “Reiki Master” and an “Advanced Energetic Healer.” She has also pursued her certification as a meditation teacher.
Her favorite massage modalities are Swedish and Relaxation Massages. Gina is known as our De-Stress therapist. Her hands can make you forget about all your stress and have you leaving without a care in the world.
Gina’s philosophy on healing is “Kindness is the essence of healing.”
Gina has lived in Elmwood Park for the most part of her life. She has traveled to beautiful Cancun, Bahamas, And the Caribbean. Her dream vacation would be to visit Grand Cayman.
In Gina’s past life before she found massage therapy she was a medical transcriptionist. Over the years Gina has established herself in her own personal home business where she sells her homemade aromatherapy room spray blends as well as body oils. For the most part of Gina’s life been caring for her close loving Italian family. Gina has one brother who she is very close with. When she is not doing massage she is spending time her family and her dog Lulu.
Nicole Graduated from Hoffman Estates High School in 2006. She then went on to Harper Community College to study Nursing.
Nicole was born in Chicago then moved to California as a child. Before long she was back in the city of Chicago up till the 3rd Grade. Her parents decided to relocate to the suburbs where she lived in Arlington Heights till her freshman year of High School. She then made her final move to Hoffman Estates where she is currently residing. Nicole has also traveled throughout the US. Her dream vacation would be to make it out of the county and see Paris and Italy.
When Nicole is not working at Elements she is a student who really likes to surround herself with good people. She spends most of her free time with her close friends and family. Nicole is very close with her family and is very thankful for such a wonderful bond that she shares with her mom. Her daily routine consists of working out to keep body healthy and in shape. Nicole is always smiling and brings a positive light to almost all situations. She is more than happy to help you with any questions and concerns you have.
Hope Attended Olympia College in Skokie and also studied massage in Mexico as well. She has also gone on to take additional courses to be qualified in Reflexology, and Prenatal.
Her favorite massage modalities are Reflexology, Prenatal, and Gem Stone Healing. She excels in almost all massage treatments. She has been told that she has healing hands.
Hope’s philosophy on healing is “There is no limit to the healing powers of our hands and love. “
Hope has lived in Mexico, Alaska, Arizona, Michigan, and currently resides in Illinois. She has traveled throughout the whole US and would love to make it to India in the near future.
In Hope’s past life before she found massage therapy she was a C.O.O. of a transportation company. She also spent time raising the love of her life her daughter. Hope has also established herself in her home business where she does ear candling and has her own retail line.
Jenna Graduated top of her class from The Soma Institute of Massage Therapy. She completed her externship at the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago as well as an additional 150 hours in school clinic.
Her favorite massage modalities are clinical and sports massage. She learned protocols to treat specific injuries including tension headaches, shin splints, fibromyalgia, and many other related injuries. She has been told she is gifted in the knowledge of muscles and how they work. Jenna was recently trained in hot stone massage and is excited to incorporate her newly learned knowledge into her treatments.
Jenna’s philosophy on healing is “The healing process is a natural process of the human body. “ She supports a drug-free holistic approach to healing and recovery. She believes massage and the power of touch give the best results.
Jenna has grown up in Carol Stream her whole life and currently resides there. She has traveled throughout the US including; Washington, Florida, Idaho, Arizona, Portland, and Oklahoma. Jenna’s dream vacation would be to travel to Italy and Sicily for a month.
Before Jenna found massage therapy she got her Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science at North Central College in Naperville. When Jenna is not healing people with her massages she spends most of her time working out and running. Besides being a therapist, Jenna also manages part time for Elements. Jenna is also a certified personal trainer through NSCA. Jenna comes from a very close loving Italian family which she is very thankful for.
