Studio Etiquette:

• Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your appointment to ensure your full time.
•       Running late? Please call and your service will be adapted to time left and full amount will be charged.
• To cancel an appointment we require 24 hours notice to avoid being charged.
• Gift Cards are valid for 7 years and only Beverly Elements gift cards are valid in our studio. Gift cards are non-refundable. have no cash value and unless stated do not include gratuity.
• We accept Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and *Spa Finder Gift Cards
• There is a returned check fee of $25
